Our hotel is part of the Chicago Tourism Improvement District. Effective May 1, 2026, a 1.5% pre-tax assessment is added to room rates per city ordinance Applies to all qualifying paid room nights, including reservations made before May 1 Exemption: stays of 30+ consecutive days This is separate from existing taxes and fees and will appear as its own line item on folios Funds are managed by Choose Chicago and used to support tourism and convention growth This is a city-mandated charge and cannot be waived or adjusted Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Guests must be 21+ to check in. A $150 incidental hold is placed at check-in and released within 7 business days. Self-parking: $57/night at 181 N. Dearborn St. Ticket must be validated for in/out access. Height limit 6'5"; no trailers. Additional fee applies before 12:00 PM arrival. Prepaid reservations require the original card at check-in; otherwise, a new card will be charged and the original refunded. Dining: Breakfast (Mon to Fri 6:30 to 11:00 AM, Sat to Sun 7:00 to 11:00 AM; not complimentary). Dinner daily 3:00 to 10:00 PM. Happy Hour 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Housekeeping must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
