What time is Check In? Can I request an Early Check In?
Our guaranteed Check In time is at 4pm CST. For early check in requests we try to accommodate as many requests as possible, so that every guest can enjoy the Windy City. If our rooms are not our Guest Services Agents can store your luggage until a room becomes available.
What time is Check Out? Can I request a Late Check Out?
Our Check out time is 11am CST. For Late Check out requests please speak with our Guest Service Agents at the Front Desk upon arrival, please keep in mind that additional fees may apply.
Do you allow smoking on property?
The Cambria Hotels Chicago Loop - Theatre District is a 100% smoke free facility.
How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet Access to all guests. Use of the lightning fast Wi-Fi is available in our guest rooms, lobby, bar, restaurant, and game room. We offer 12M Up and down.
Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
We offer complimentary Wi-fi Access, but we do have a limited number of ethernet cables available upon request.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Our Fitness Center is open from 6am CST. To 11pm CST and offers treadmills, ellipticals and workout bikes to cover your cardio needs. It also features a variety of dumbbells and kettlebells ranging in weight as well as cable machines.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center on property, however please stop by the front desk during your stay should you need anything printed, copied and or faxed.
Do you have a pool?
We do not have pool on property but during the summer months, some of Chicago’s beautiful beaches are just a bus ride away!

How do I get to the hotel?
The Cambria Hotels Chicago Loop is in such an ideal location that it can be reached by a variety of locations. Our CTA system, Chicago’s subway, can put you within walking distance to the hotel from both O’Hare Airport and Midway airport.
From Midway the Orange Line can be taken to the State and Lake Stop, then heading South on State Street make a left a on Randolph and the hotel is at the end of the block.
On the Blue Line from O’Hare exit at the Washington Stop, and head to the intersection of Dearborn and Randolph.
We can also be reached off many of the major expressways in the area including I-90, I-94, and the scenic Lake Shore Drive.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not have a free shuttle, however there is the option for the Airport Express. Details can be found at https://www.airportexpress.com/ . The CTA Blue line from O’Hare International Airport has a stop just across the street from the hotel, while the CTA Orange Line from Midway International Airport has a stop one block from the hotel. The train ride from the airports to the hotel will cost $5 while the train ride from the hotel to the airports will cost $2.50. The ride to Midway is 40 minutes and the ride to O’Hare is 45 minutes
What are your cross streets?
The Cambria Hotels Chicago Loop – Theatre District is located on Randolph in between Dearborn and State St.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
We offer onsite Valet Parking for an additional $67.00(tax included) per night. This is separate from your room charges but can be posted to one bill for your convenience.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs? Is there a charge?
Rollaway beds are only available in our Deluxe King Rooms, and Suites. However please keep in mind that requests for a rollaway bed are based upon availability at Check In. All rooms will accommodate a crib or pack and play, however please keep in mind that requests for a rollaway bed are based upon availability at Check In - $10
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you booked through Expedia, Booking.com, or Priceline and need to make changes, you will have to contact the booking source directly. Please see below for contact information.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Due to our wide variety of rates that we offer our cancellation policies do vary. If you are unsure please reach out to Choice Reservations at 877.424.6423 or the hotel directly at 312.763.3822
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
We do require a government issued ID at Check In, a passport or drivers license are both acceptable.
Do you have connecting rooms?
At the Cambria Hotels Chicago Loop, we offer a very limited number of connecting rooms. If the request for connecting rooms cannot be met we will make sure to place the guest rooms as close together as possible.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We offer accessible rooms of every type, from our King rooms all the way to our Suites.
Do you have an early departure fee?
In some cases early departure fee can apply, please see one of our Guest Agents at the Front Desk during your stay with any questions.
What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
The restaurant is open for breakfast each weekday from 6:30AM – 10:00AM and from 7:00AM-10:30AM on the weekends. The restaurant serves dinner each day 5PM-10PM. The bar is open weekdays from 5PM-10PM and later on the weekends.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
At Check In we require a Credit Card or Debit Card that will be authorized for Room and Tax along with our Incidental fee of $150.00. (Example if the room rate is 250.00 w/ taxes we will need a card on file for $400.00) Cash can only be taken at Check Out, along with any major credit or debit cards.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets on property, but registered service animals are more than welcome.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
